1. What the app does

Shelly Publisher is a private tool that uploads short videos created for the @shellyg.styles account to that same TikTok account, at times chosen by the account owner. It is used only by the account owner.

2. Who may use it

The app is not offered to the public. Only the owner of @shellyg.styles may authorize and use it.

3. Content

All content published through the app is created by the account owner, who is responsible for it. Every video is reviewed and approved by the owner before publication and is labeled as AI-generated content on TikTok. Use of the app must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Revoking access

The owner can revoke the app's access at any time from TikTok's settings (Security and permissions, Manage app permissions).

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
